Normative is now looking for a fixed-term HR Business Partner, in Stockholm

About the Role
Normative is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People Team on a fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave from August 18th, 2025 to earliest January 30th, 2026.

As our HRBP, you’ll partner closely with leaders across Sweden, the UK, and Denmark to provide strategic and operational HR support. You'll play a key role in strengthening our people practices, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and driving initiatives that support a high-performing and engaged workforce.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our group of around 25 managers on all sr-level, supporting them in all areas of people management, including performance management, salary setting, team development, onboarding and feedback.

  • Support managers in the bi-annual performance management cycles, including salary review and promotion process.

  • Advise and coach managers in the usage of employee engagement data.

  • Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance and best practice across all countries.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in the People team to continuously improve tools, frameworks, and ways of working.

  • Support change management and organisational development initiatives across the region, such as developing and implementing L&D initiatives, leveraging digital learning platforms and aligning with department needs.


What You Bring

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar, with hands-on expertise in performance management and engagement processes. This includes navigating complex people topics.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in at least one of Sweden or the UK, preferably both.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a confident communicator – you're comfortable advising, supporting and training managers at all levels.

  • Experience with performance and engagement processes, including navigating complex people topics.

  • A proactive mindset – you spot opportunities, solve problems, and get things done.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

  • Experience on working with managers on all levels

  • Fluent English is required.

Location

Normative operates on a hybrid remote model with offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and London. For this role you will be located in our wonderful HQ in Stockholm or London.
