We’re looking for engaged and curious people to join our internship program. During the 3-6 month internship, you’ll be an immersed member of the investment team. ⭐️
This program is ideal for you if you’re in your final year of studies or if you recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline; some of our current team members have studied philosophy, engineering, sociology, political science, and more.
By joining the team, you’ll have an opportunity to connect with and learn from our 40+ portfolio companies - spanned across the Nordics and Baltics - as well as byFounders Collective members: a hands-on group of some of the most accomplished founders and operators in the region. The Collective members are deeply engaged in our work and assist in everything from sourcing deals to supporting our portfolio companies and acting as ambassadors for byFounders.
Note that you should ideally be based in Copenhagen (DK) but there’s an option for it to be remote. The internship is paid.

Assist in the venture capital investment process. Specifically, you will work with the investment team to find new potential investments, review investment material, and build strong relationships with founders.
Perform market research and due diligence for potential investments, which usually includes analyzing business models, testing products, and generating industry overviews.
Expand our work on impact and sustainability and help support our further expansion into Climate Tech and Frontier Tech. You will explore interesting and upcoming technologies, various business models, and trends within this space.
Work with Portfolio companies, including research projects, competitive analysis, and the development of our Platform/service offerings to our founders and teams.
Identify and write industry thought-leadership content for the byFounders website and our social channels.
