Vibrant is a tech payment platform that empowers businesses to take all types of payments from their customers. Across online payments in webshops, payments in physical payment situations, or with payment links in a flexible hybrid payment situation, we offer a full range of payment solutions. We call it unified payments.

To bring our fantastic offering to market, we are now looking for an addition to our sales team in Aarhus. That might be you, if you are passionate about sales and about creating value, if you have a structured and targeted work approach, and are flexible and responsible as a person.

The role is full time, is based in Aarhus, and reports to the Head of Sales, who is also our CEO.

We have a flexible working culture, and we expect you to come into the office several days a week, and be ready to go to client locations in DK and abroad.

The role

Our go-to-market strategy is a partner strategy, which means that we have a fantastic partnership team, who build and drive relevant partnerships. These partnerships open up the verticals for you as the sales person to prospect, build a pipeline, outreach, pitch, cross sell, upsell, negotiate and close - and finally onboard the clients. This goes for both current and new clients.

Furthermore, you will of course also do the usual updating of the CRM system, reporting, and other general sales maintenance. That’s a given and important.

We are looking for

You might be senior and have several years of sales experience - maybe even from the payment industry. You could also be at an earlier stage in your career and want to learn and develop - and only have payment experience as an end-customer.

No matter, we expect you to be a targeted starter, who is inclusive and always thinks about winning as a team. If you have an interest in technical solutions and can easily translate a technical capability into a relevant use case, you have a clear advantage to us.

Your communication skills have to be highly developed in Danish and English - both in speaking and writing, as we are an international team and have both Danish and international clients. If you have further European language skills that is a definite advantage.

As we expect you to be present in the office the majority of the week, we hope that the distance to our office is not too long for you.

About us

At the moment, we are 19 employees in Vibrant based in Denmark and Sweden. Most of us are based in the award winning office space POP2 in Aarhus, Denmark.

We are a tech startup rapidly growing towards becoming a scaleup. The founding team are entrepreneurs by heart and believe that the sky's the limit. We have a number of institutional and private investors, who believe in us and our product.

The day-to-day in Vibrant is full of great energy, hard work, laughter, and just making things work.
