Our Interview Process
We aim for our hiring process to be magical, equitable, and transparent.
Submit your Application
It includes your resume and thoughtful responses to the application questions. We’ll review your application based on relevant skills, experience, and application question responses.
Interviews and a Quest
Screening Conversation
In the first conversation, we’ll take 30-minutes to get to know each other's motivations, values, background, and communication skills.
Quest
If you move forward, you’ll go on an asynchronous quest to help us better understand your hard skills. We want to make sure you have the core skills to succeed, while also giving you space to decide if the role is right for you.
Final Conversation
Quest discussion. You’ll have a 30-60 minute follow-up call scheduled to share more about how you approached the quest and to dig into the details.
Culture and Career Goals Conversation. We’ll take 30-minutes to understand your career aspirations, what helps you thrive in the workplace, and for you to ask any lingering questions.
Offer and Onboarding
Make a Decision
After holding all the final interviews, the hiring team will schedule a roundup conversation to decide next steps. We may also ask for references at this point for more senior roles.
Put out an Offer
If the hiring team decides to invite you to join the uizarding world, you’ll receive an official offer. Compensation is calculated on compensation market data, location, and skills/experience.
Design your Onboarding Experience
Leading up to your first day, we’ll create an onboarding experience designed just for you, including spending your first week in Copenhagen with us.
