We started by building one of the most popular AI meeting notetakers out there. Supernormal’s first product made meeting prep, notes, and next steps effortless for tens of thousands of teams, and has turned meetings into moments of productivity and genuine connection.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a senior Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of craft and strategy. You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions, and you know how to balance bold ideas with practical execution. You’re just as comfortable sketching flows as you are refining pixels, and you bring others along in your process, engineers, product managers, and teammates alike. You don’t just design interfaces; you shape how people experience and connect with our product.

This is your role if you:

• Have experience designing polished, consumer-facing digital products
• Have extensive experience with Figma
• have strong prototyping skills (AI-assisted tools are absolutely welcome)
• Obsess about details down to the last pixel, while keeping the big picture in mind
• Improve existing user flows based on your intuition and taste, while also drawing on qualitative and quantitative data
• Show us new possibilities beyond what has been done before
• Have strong storytelling skills and can present your work clearly, including to the founders
• Have solid fundamentals in visual design, typography, and color theory
• Enjoy collaborating with peers and mentoring/coaching other designers
• Have a portfolio that demonstrates recent work you’re proud of

What You’ll Do

• Work as part of our small but growing design team (currently two designers) to craft product experiences end to end
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product to ship production-ready features
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency while leaving room for creativity
• Prototype new ideas and explore interactions that bring delight and clarity
• Raise the bar on design quality and user experience across the team

• Full-time role based onsite in our Stockholm office, while also collaborating with teammates across multiple time zones
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Fluency in English required (written and spoken)
• A portfolio demonstrating recent work is required
