Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Head of Marketing with proven experience in B2B SaaS to lead the evolution of our brand and marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll pair high-level strategic leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to execution, driving our marketing vision while directly contributing to its execution. Whether you’ve held this role before or are ready to step into it with confidence, your blend of leadership and hands-on expertise will be key to our success.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Strategic Vision: Define and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and positions Supernormal as a leader in the market.
  • Creative Leadership: Partner with the Content Producer to develop compelling campaigns, ensuring cohesive storytelling across channels.
  • Brand Identity: Innovate and execute initiatives that strengthen brand presence and visibility, capturing the imagination of our target audience.
  • Customer Connection: Build initiatives that foster engagement and loyalty through personalized and impactful experiences.
  • Analytical Insight: Use data to guide decision-making, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the team at Supernormal to align strategies and deliver consistent messaging.
  • Hands-On Execution: Be prepared to create, experiment, and directly contribute to marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, resourceful environment.
