🤝 About the Global Partner program

The Global Partner Program is a B2B network built and supported by SafetyWing, designed to connect our Remote Health product with companies, founders, and HR leaders around the world.

As a Global Partner, you are officially affiliated with SafetyWing as a trusted introducer and external partner.

Your mission is to start meaningful conversations, build trusted relationships, and guide companies toward simpler ways to protect and support their teams with Remote Health, so they can hire the best talent in the world and care for their people, wherever they are.

You focus on building relationships, understanding company needs, and sharing tailored proposals, and once a company is ready to join, our internal team takes over to handle onboarding, payments, and logistics.

It’s a way to earn globally, contribute to a mission that matters, and expand your influence, all while keeping the freedom to work your own way.

💼 What you’ll do
  • Identify companies that could benefit from SafetyWing’s Remote Health solution
  • Build relationships with founders, HR leaders, and executive decision-makers
  • Introduce Remote Health and start meaningful, insight-driven conversations about how it can support their teams
  • Understand each company’s needs and share tailored proposals that align with their goals
  • Guide qualified companies through the needs assessment and proposal stage, then work with our internal team to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding, payments, and setup
  • Collaborate with the Head of Distribution to refine strategies, share field insights, and improve conversion
  • Track your activity, document learnings, and expand your reach month by month
