Join us as a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist and be part of an exciting journey of automating the way we pay for things—subscriptions, invoices or rent. We're a small digital-native team looking for you to give our customers the best experience from onboarding to becoming an expert level user.
You will have the opportunity to span across all of CS, from daily customer interactions to shaping our long-term customer success strategy.

You will have the opportunity to span across all of CS, from daily customer interactions to shaping our long-term customer success strategy.

- Grow with the role: Start by supporting the team with tasks related to managing data, compliance and simple customer requests, gradually taking on more responsibilities as you grow with us. You will be supported through 1:1 mentoring every step of the way.
- You enjoy working with a team, where we grow together, driven by both individual and shared accountability. We take collective responsibility for learning by sharing knowledge, supporting team efforts, and offering honest, constructive feedback with positive intent.
- You can empathise with our customers, assist them in navigating our product and provide them with the support they need.
- You enjoy solving problems, handling inquiries and finding smart solutions.
- You can see yourself in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and you are comfortable with assuming ownership.
- You speak Danish and English fluently. Dutch language skills are a benefit as well.
- You have some experience in the customer success field. If you have worked with SaaS platforms before we see it as a big plus!
