We’re looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. You will be a part of a fast-growing, dynamic high-tech hardware company, where no two days look quite the same. You'll help make sure our product innovations ship on time and to the right quality - by procuring the required equipment, materials and items that our product development team and facilities need to keep moving.

What You’ll Do
Purchase order management: Create, process and track purchase orders within the NetSuite ERP system.
Delivery coordination: Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, including goods receipt discrepancies, returns and supplier claims. Prepare import/export documentation, and coordinate with customs and freight forwarders.
Invoice coordination and budget follow-up: Process invoices, route approvals and track procurement project budgets.
Supplier collaboration: Maintain active contact with vendors, confirm delivery schedules and resolve delays or discrepancies as they come up.
Data management: Use our tools to manage data and spot opportunities to improve lead time, availability and cost.
Teamwork: Work closely with people across product development, supply chain, finance, office management and others.
What You Bring
Resilience and adaptability: Life at a growth company moves fast. You stay positive under pressure and look for better ways of working rather than waiting to be told.
System literacy: Experience with NetSuite ERP system is considered a strong advantage, but what matters most is that you pick up new tools quickly and enjoy doing so.
Clear communication: You communicate clearly and professionally in English, written and spoken. Finnish is considered a plus.
Attention to detail and organization: You're comfortable handling large volumes of data and order lines, and accuracy comes naturally to you.
