Join our team as a Digital Channels & Growth Manager
We’re looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to lead IXI’s digital channels and ecommerce for IXI’s two businesses. On the one hand, you will work with our Eyewear business, developing the world's first autofocus glasses, as a key driver of IXI’s overall digital channels. This includes scaling IXIeyewear.com, establishing our CRM and lifecycle marketing foundations, and building paid media capabilities that support the company’s market entry with IXI Eyewear. On the other hand, you’ll work with our Optics’ lens business, the only eyewear lens maker in Finland. You will own the ecommerce and website experiences, including Linssikauppa.fi and the OLO lens brand sites.
This is a critical role in continuing the rapid growth for IXI Optics D2C sales while preparing the successful launch of IXI Eyewear, the world’s first autofocus glasses. You will work closely with the IXI Optics operational team in Lieto and IXI Eyewear marketing team in Espoo. This position is based out of our IXI headquarters in Espoo, with regular travel to Lieto expected.
What You'll Do
Own the IXIeyewear.com development roadmap, prioritization, and site releases.
Manage site localization, content updates, new features, and rollouts across markets, working with internal teams and external partners.
Build the digital stack foundations, tracking, CRM, and marketing automation basics, with clean data and clear governance.
Deliver the foundations to enable consumer engagement at scale and support B2B demand generation, integrating web, CRM, and paid channels, and driving overall digital marketing maturity.
Lead and own digital marketing and ecommerce performance for Linssikauppa.fi with ongoing optimization, with the goal of driving profitable growth.
Own the Linssikauppa.fi ecommerce experience and site roadmap (UX, catalogue, checkout, landing pages, promotions), ensuring strong site health and release quality.
Manage product feeds, Merchant Center, Meta catalog, promos, and pricing sync.
Run lifecycle marketing and newsletters for the Linssikauppa.fi eCommerce consumers.
Plan and deliver content and creative that converts across ads, website, and social.
Own digital performance reporting, dashboards and share insights.
Manage and prioritise website updates, coordinate fixes and releases, and own day-to-day access and governance for CMS, ad accounts, analytics, and CRM tools.
Manage key vendors and tools with clear SLAs and performance accountability.
What You Bring
Proven D2C ecommerce growth experience, with hands-on planning and implementation.
Experience planning and executing integrated digital marketing across paid, web, and owned channels, continuously optimizing ROAS and performance.
Strong performance marketing skills across Google and Meta, plus creative testing discipline.
Comfortable owning and developing on modern website platforms such as WooCommerce, WordPress, and Sanity, collaborating effectively with designers and developers when needed.
Strong marketing measurement skills and technical knowledge of web analytics and tools including GA4 and Tag Manager.
Track record from successful campaign management in a dynamic environment.
Martech and lifecycle marketing competence. Understanding of email platform hygiene, segmentation, and marketing automation flows.
Ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, and stakeholders with clear communication.
Fluent English and Finnish, with the ability to work seamlessly in both languages across campaigns, content, and communication.
International experience leading website renewals and expansion into new markets is an advantage.
