Student Associate to the COO — Strategy, Operations & Finance

Lucinity is the Human AI company fighting financial crime — blending human judgement with AI to help compliance teams increase capacity and strengthen oversight without giving up control.

We're now building the next generation of Human AI operations: the next step in how AI and people work together to run a modern financial crime function. It's also reshaping how we run ourselves internally — and that's where this role comes in.

What You'll Do

We're looking to add a Student Associate to our Copenhagen team as soon as possible. You'll work directly with our COO as a thinking partner and operational right hand across Finance, Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, and strategic projects.

Some of the work is recurring — reporting, follow-through, keeping the operating cadence sharp. Some is project-based and strategic — optimisation, automation, AI-driven improvements to how the company runs. Priorities shift. The work is agile by necessity.

You'll get exposure to leadership discussions, board-level reporting, and real decision-making — and you'll own at least one strategic project end-to-end. No two weeks look the same.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, SaaS metrics, budgeting, and board/management reporting.
• Drive optimisation and automation projects, often with AI at the centre.
• Build dashboards, analyses, and business insights that get used.
• Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, content coordination, and performance tracking.
• Structure and improve internal workflows across functions.
• Prepare presentations and decision materials for leadership.
• Own smaller operational initiatives independently.

Who You Are

You're analytic, structured, and get to the point. You can hold your own in a conversation with senior leaders, and you treat AI as a tool to use, not a topic to talk about. You want exposure to how a company is run — not just one function.

You're probably studying Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Strategy, or something adjacent — but the discipline matters less than how you think.

You likely have

• Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• The analytical sharpness to turn messy inputs into clear conclusions.
• Comfort working independently and asking good questions when you're stuck.
• Fluent English communication, written and spoken.

You don't need to know SaaS metrics, marketing ops, or FinCrime on day one. You do need to learn quickly.

Practical

• Part-time student position, 15–20 hours per week.
• Copenhagen-based, hybrid, flexible around your studies.
• Start date is flexible, but as soon as possible.
