As a Sales Operations Manager, your responsibilities are:

  • Sales Process Management & Improvement: Develop, implement, and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and address inefficiencies to streamline operations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the sales team and senior management.
  • Sales Tools & CRM Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of sales tools and CRM systems. Ensure effective utilisation by the sales team.
  • Performance Metrics & Support: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Monitor performance, provide guidance, and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
