Our headquarters are in beautiful Reykjavík, and we have a hub in majestic London, but our workforce is distributed. We prioritise local hires, but we're willing to go further afield for the right person. We do most of our talking via Slack and Zoom. Our culture is built around a hybrid work environment and your ability to decide where you believe you do your best work.

When you submit your general application, your details go into a database. We regularly go through this database to see if there are some fantastic people, like yourself, who have the skills and abilities we are looking for, listed in that database.

If we have a role that we believe would be a great fit for you, we’ll reach out.

However, we can’t guarantee that we’ll reach out, even if a role you believe you’d be a great fit for gets advertised. Sometimes the search just doesn’t work the way we hope and for one reason or another we’re not able to find you. Which is why we always recommend that you keep an eye out for the “Work with us” section on our website or follow us on LinkedIn for the regular posting of “Work with us Wednesday” and submit an application directly for any role you would like to be considered for.
