We are looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to own Top of Funnel (TOF) strategy and execution. Your mission is to elevate Incredibuild’s brand awareness and market perception within the global developer and DevOps communities. You will be the architect of our external presence, driving PR, high-impact conferences, social media, and strategic partnerships to ensure Incredibuild is the first name our ICPs think of when they hit development bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Awareness & Perception: Lead the strategy to increase awareness in new markets and shift market perception of Incredibuild from a utility tool to a growth engine.
  • PR & Social Media: Plan and manage PR and social media activities (paid and organic). Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to secure consistent, and high-quality campaign performance.
  • Global Conferences & Events: Own the strategy and execution for major industry events. Manage all preparations, briefings, and onsite executions to drive optimized ROI and lead generation.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and nurture co-marketing opportunities with industry-related companies and media outlets to expand our global reach.
  • Influencer Marketing & UGC: Prospect, hire, and manage industry influencers to amplify our messaging and generate unique user-generated content (UGC).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Corporate Communications within the B2B SaaS or Developer Tools space.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling brand narratives.
  • Proven track record of managing PR agencies, social media campaigns, and influencer marketing programs.
  • Experience leading large-scale event marketing strategy and execution for international tech conferences.
  • Strong project management skills: capable of managing multiple external vendors and internal stakeholders simultaneously.

Bonus:

  • Technical background or experience marketing specifically to Software Engineers and DevOps.
  • Experience in the Gaming, Embedded Systems, or Financial Services industries.
  • Self-learner, Comfortable working in a high-paced environment while collaborating with multiple stakeholder and vendors.
