As an Onboarding Specialist at Digitail, you will ensure a seamless transition for our clients onto our software platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead the onboarding and implementation process; working closely with our clients to understand their needs, configure the software according to their requirements, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption.

You will be a key point of contact between our clients and Digitail internal teams, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather client requirements and expectations during the pre-implementation phase.
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with clients to understand their workflows, data structures, and specific needs for software implementation.
  • Configure Digitail according to client specifications, ensuring a customized and tailored solution that meets their unique requirements.
  • Lead the onboarding process by providing training to clients on how to effectively use the software and maximize its features and functionalities.
  • Assist clients in migrating their existing data to our software platform, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or challenges encountered during the implementation process, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the software and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and engineering, to provide feedback from clients and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product.
  • Communication and collaboration with the CSM team to ensure smooth handoff and transition between sales, onboarding, and post go-live success

About you!

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or software implementation environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues during the implementation process.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
  • Tech focused - you adapt quickly to new technologies and learn how to use new applications & workflows
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Nice to have:

  • Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations and workflows
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing software solutions, preferably in the veterinary or healthcare industry.
