As a Senior Onboarding Specialist at Digitail, you will play a key role managing seamless and engaging onboarding experience for our clients onto our platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead the onboarding and implementation process; work closely with our clients to understand their needs, manage their requirements, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption and engagement to the software.
What you will do:
- Lead the onboarding process by building automation across client workflows and driving new ways of optimising the onboarding workflows deployed.
- Partner with the sales team to gather client requirements and expectations during the pre-implementation phase.
- Conduct creative yet thorough discovery sessions with clients to understand their workflows, data and specific needs for software implementation.
- Configure Digitail workflows: ensuring a customized and tailored solution that meets their unique requirements.
- Build effective change management frameworks for clients, supporting their data migration needs and partnering with our Data team to ensure data integrity and quality is maintained.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and engineering, to provide feedback from clients and contribute to the continuous improvement of the product.
- Build insights and feedback data with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handoff and transition between sales, onboarding, and post go-live success
About you:
- Proven experience in a Senior Implementation/Workflow consultant role within the veterinary or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of System (SAAS, CRM, PIMS) operations and workflows
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues during the implementation process
- Experience automating the onboarding journey (Tooling for training, communications, anything that supports automation for the customer!)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to effectively manage implementation timelines and deliverables
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Data fluent - you collate and format data to back understand customer engagement and look to improve onboarding in a data centric way
Nice to have
- Previous onboarding experience with a SaaS product
