We are looking for Sales Specialists who are excited about technology and pet care. You will thrive managing end-to-end sales pipelines and be passionate about selling products that make real impact.
As a Sales specialist, you will research, build contacts and qualify 40 leads per week, from qualification to conversion you will build effective sales pipelines to generate future customers of Digitail!

Connect with customers and build insight and information on our customer requirements
Enjoy speaking with all types of customer in the vet world - whether on email, in person or on calls. You are excited to speak to vet practices, to effectively engage prospective customers and support them in decision making
Qualify leads and schedule demos for the sales team, using a consultative approach to understand the customer's needs and pain points
Constantly strive for improvement by looking for opportunities to make work more efficient
Be motivated by targets and strive to exceed them
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and other companies’ product offerings
Work in a hyper-growth environment
Train other members of the Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns
About You:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and persuade others over video calls and via email
Organized, client-focused, and energetic
Based in Canada or US
Proven and demonstrable track record of success in outbound sales
Enjoys the speed and opportunities of the start-up environment
Confident at using different tech-enabled tools and quick to learn new tools - past experience using Hubspot or similar tools ideal but not required
Passionate about pet care or the veterinary industry
Experience in the veterinary industry is a plus but not required
