We are seeking a motivated and passionate Product Manager to join our journey building industry leading products that support our veterinary community daily.
As a Product Manager at Digitail; you will play a pivotal role in driving the discovery, development and feature success of our Cloud system, mobile app and data reporting platform. We have a number of products currently deployed and in test phases to manage performance on.
Your Background:
You have worked in start up/scaling product first organisations with the customer at the heart of the product.
You are excited to design and build Product Roadmaps, whilst partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define and deliver products that drive impact and support
customer needs.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Product delivery with cross-functional teams. Covering planning and delivery of product features and enhancements.
• Define and build effective communication, reporting and success metrics to update stakeholders on product strategy, goals, and roadmap to internal stakeholders/investors.
• You will build product analysis with key metrics to understand success and product performance.
• Identify opportunities and gaps, understanding how products perform and how to prioritise development timelines.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to make informed decisions and trade-offs during development.
• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders by effectively communicating complex technical concepts.
• Work closely with design teams to ensure that user-centered design principles are integrated into the product development process.
Your Experience:
• Proven experience in a technical product manager role that oversees end to end product lifecycle from discovery to implementation.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, agile practices, and product life cycles.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead and influence leadership and cross-functional teams, you understand the status quo of setting up successful product delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - you have worked with experimentation and analytics to drive data lead product decisions.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, JIRA, Confluence, etc).
