Creative Force is an end-to-end studio management software transforming the e-commerce content creation process for global brands and large-scale studios around the globe. We take our customer's existing legacy systems, disorganized spreadsheets, and frustratingly manual processes and replace them with our purpose-built software solutions designed to help creatives work more efficiently and provide studio managers with greater insights into their operations.

The Role

We are looking for a great Front-end developer who is proficient with Javascript. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.JS workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Tech stack

For the back-end, we are using: .NET Core, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Identity Server, RESTful APIs.

For the front-end, we are using: ReactJS, React Native, Electron, NodeJS, Angular 2+, a little C#, etc.

Besides that we also using many AWS services like EC2, S3, SQS, SES, Lambda, StepFunctions, API Gateway, Cloudfront, Route53, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Cognito, CodeArtifact, LoadBalancer, ElasticCache (Redis), inspector, KMS, MSK, OpenSearch (Elasticsearch), SNS, Storage Gateway, Transfer Family, VPC and WAF.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build robust, scalable, highly available and reliable Front-end applications
• Ensure the application is maintainable and extendable
• Building reusable components and Front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Work closely with the client teams and product design team to iterate quickly on new features and experiments
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews and group brainstorming sessions.
• Deliver high-quality code following best practices for better performance, user experience, and reusability
• Troubleshoot existing code bases, hunt down nasty bugs and refactor code

Requirements

• Likely having 5+ years of experience depending on how fast of your learning and developing technical capability
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Strong experience in one of JavaScript library (ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js) and understanding its core principles
• Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Ability to self-learn and adapt to new business and technologies quickly
• Basic communication in English

Nice to have

• Experience in performance optimization for Front-end applications
• Experience in Security and Pentest
• Experience in Micro Front-end
• Ability to train and coach Junior Developers
