The opportunity
We are currently looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join our team and play a key role in the System Integration Partner segment across the Nordic market. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive growth through strategic Referral and Reseller Partnerships and ensure Scrive remains the preferred eSign provider in our partners' tech stacks.

📍 We are primarily looking for someone based in Stockholm, however, our offices in in Copenhagen and Oslo are also options for the right candidate.

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will:

  • Proactively acquire and onboard new system partners: Identify and reach out to strategic partners within core focus areas to drive Net New ARR.

  • Establish and execute Joint Business Plans: Create comprehensive roadmaps with key partners that include joint sales, marketing, and technical integration goals.

  • Collaborate with Revenue and Technical teams: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), coordinating internal resources to support technical implementation and regional sales success.

  • Drive Nordic market expansion: Identify new business opportunities and engage in "sparring" sessions with partners' sales teams to develop their reps and optimize lead generation.

What we’re looking for
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Sales Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.

  • Technical Mindset: Experience in complex solution selling and a solid understanding of how software integrations (APIs/System Integrations) drive business value.

  • Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate stakeholders at both technical and commercial levels.

  • Fluency in Swedish and English – Professional verbal and written proficiency in Swedish and English is a requirement.

🌟 Bonus points if you have:

  • Fluent language skills in Norwegian, Danish or Finnish

  • Experience in acquiring, nurturing and/or scaling successful partner relationships

In this role, we see that you demonstrate strong skills in Stakeholder management, Negotiation, Communication skills and Team collaboration. These skills will play a key role in our assessment and discussions during the recruitment process.
