Description

In this full-cycle recruitment role, you will play a crucial part in scaling our teams by supporting the hiring needs for both our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and technical roles across Engineering, Product and Delivery. You will partner closely with hiring managers to identify critical talent needs, define job requirements, and drive the recruitment process from start to finish.Your expertise in proactive sourcing, resume screening, and candidate assessment will be key to identifying top talent for our diverse teams. You’ll be responsible for managing the recruitment pipeline, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring a smooth, efficient candidate experience. As a full-cycle recruiter, you’ll handle every stage of the process, from offer negotiation to closing candidates and ensuring a successful onboarding transition

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with GTM and technical hiring managers to understand team needs, define job descriptions, and set hiring priorities.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and resume screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels to identify top-tier candidates, including direct outreach, job boards, and social media.
  • Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone and video interviews, assess candidate skills and cultural fit, and ensure timely feedback throughout the interview process.
  • Offer Negotiation & Closing: Extend offers to candidates, negotiate terms, and close top talent to join the team.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to our recruiting processes, tools, and strategies to drive better results and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Brand Awareness: Assist in promoting Cobalt’s employer brand and employer value proposition to attract diverse and top-tier candidates.

You Have

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and/or technical roles (e.g., Engineers, Product Managers). 2-3 years security experience, preferably in Cyber security.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
    • Ability to assess both technical and non-technical talent for role fit and cultural alignment
    • Expertise in using recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.)
    • Solid understanding of the interview process, including conducting phone screens, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to successfully negotiate offers, handle candidate objections, and close talent effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: A proactive mindset with a passion for optimizing processes and improving team results.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a dynamic and evolving environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.

Pay Range Disclosure

Cobalt is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is ($100,000 - $120,000) per year + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications. The salary range may differ in other states and may be impacted by proximity to major metropolitan cities.
