In this role, you will:

• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to Bob W’s high standard.

• Manage daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning, linen handling, and stock management.

• Receive and maintain linen inventory to ensure top quality and availability.

• Address maintenance issues swiftly and support the guest experience team.

• Greet and acknowledge guests warmly, anticipating and responding to their needs.

• Uphold our brand’s reputation by creating spotless and stylish stays for every guest.
