The role

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Real Estate team and contribute to Bob W's legal operations across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you will work closely with our General Counsel, playing a key part in supporting our fast-paced growth and helping shape the legal landscape of our business.

Furthermore, in this role, you will:

• Provide support to the General Counsel in all aspects of Bob W's legal operations.
• Draft and negotiate a range of legal documents, such as NDAs, Broker Agreements, everyday operational contracts.
  
• Liaise with External Counsel to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders locally and globally, contributing to our joint goals.
• Research and respond to legal inquiries internally.

Our 5-star candidate has:

• A strong academic background.
• 2-3 years experience working in-house or in a busy law firm's real estate or commercial department.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate basic legal documents (NDAs, contracts, etc)
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
