Flutter & Integrations Developer
AeroGuest
Hotel guests around the world use our app and web-based product to check in, unlock their room, and manage their stay - and we're looking for a developer to help us make that experience even better. If you care about great, maintainable code and want to work on a product that people actually use, this might be the role for you.
You'll take ownership of our guest-facing Flutter app, while also working closely with our backend team on digital key integrations and third-party connectivity. It's a role that spans both frontend and backend. From the guest-facing app to the integrations powering it behind the scenes.
What you'll be working on
- Developing and maintaining our guest app, built in Flutter
- Implementing and maintaining integrations with digital key vendors (Assa Abloy, Salto) and other third parties
- Collaborating with our backend team, designers and Client Managers to deliver seamless end-to-end guest experiences
- Contributing to platform stability, performance, and code quality across the tech stack
What we're looking for
You don't need years of experience to apply - we're open to candidates early in their career who are eager to grow. What matters most is that you take ownership, and are curious about how things work end to end.
- Comfort working across frontend and backend, this role touches both
- A genuine care for code quality and maintainable architecture
- A BS degree or higher in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Flutter or Dart - whether from work, side projects, or studies
- Exposure to backend development (we work with C#/.NET on the backend side)
- Experience in a SaaS or hospitality tech environment
What you'll get
- A product that's live, growing, and directly in the hands of guests at hotels
- Close collaboration with a small, skilled team — low hierarchy, high ownership
- Room to take real responsibility and have a direct impact on the roadmap
- The chance to develop your skills on technically interesting problems: real-time PMS sync, hardware key integrations, cross-platform mobile
- A strong social culture - we work hard and make sure to have fun doing it
- An office space in the centre of Aarhus
Practical details
- Employment type: Full-time
- Location: Aarhus
- Travel: Occasional travel within Denmark and other markets may be requested
- Start date: May 1st, 2026
- Salary: Negotiated based on experience
To apply, send your CV and a short motivated letter to careers@aeroguest.com. Please include the job title in the subject line. We interview continuously, so don't wait to make your move.
