Your mission at AeroGuest…
We need a new colleague looking to embark on an adventure in an innovative tech start-up.
You will be responsible for managing the relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they use our services to their full potential and that our services fit their needs. You’re at ease with people and enjoy getting to know the stakeholders in the company, ensuring that we maintain excellent relations at all levels within the organization.
Your high level of organizational skills will ensure onboarding new clients is structured and you can spearhead a project, where others will follow your lead.
You will have an opportunity to take ownership and be self-driven when needed, while also working closely with our Head of Client Operations to find innovative ways to drive the overall platform usage and better our client relationships.
In the role you will…
Play a vital role in AeroGuest’s mission to make time for what matters in hospitality and your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing clients: nurturing relationships with our valued partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Onboarding new clients: seamlessly guiding hotels through the process of connecting to our platform, ensuring a smooth transition and maximum benefit.
- Driving platform usage: inspiring our clients to make the most of our intuitive platform, unlocking its full potential to ease their operations.
- Advising clients: providing expert guidance on the optimal utilization of our services, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Managing stakeholders: building strong internal and external partnerships, fostering collaboration and alignment towards shared objectives.
To thrive in this role you…
Should possess the following qualities:
- Great communication skills: a talent for simply getting your point across while considering a cross-cultural audience that may prefer different types of communication.
- Comfortable at presenting: confident in presenting technical information and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- High-level English proficiency: fluent in both spoken and written English. Our main language is English and most of our clients are from outside the Danish borders.
- Comfortable working in a flexible environment, balancing competing priorities and adapting quickly to changing directions.
- Interest in technology and software: passionate about leveraging technology to drive innovation and improve experiences.
The AeroGuest family
We’re a very flat organization, where everyone gets a say. A cool and fun team, located in our Aarhus office with a few colleagues sitting in Copenhagen. Most of the team is in the office daily, but everyone is free to schedule their week to their preference. Whenever a break is needed we’ve got a heavily used football table and a dart board to challenge your new AeroGuest colleagues.
Our headquarters are located in the center of Aarhus. We ideally see you either being located in Aarhus or Copenhagen.
Practical information
The position is full-time (37 hours a week) and should preferably start 1st of May 2026. Expect that some travel to visit clients may be involved from time to time.
