We're looking for some passionate students that want to help us create the future recipe for how hoteliers should interact and communicate with their guests.

Therefore our goal is to help hoteliers make time for the moments that truly matter, by unlocking the magic of personal connections.

Your mission at AeroGuest…

We're just releasing a world class communication platform, which will enable our hoteliers to get really creative when communication with their guests.

We want to help inspire hotels how to best interact and communicate with their guests whether it be prepping for their stay, selling Champagne or sharing details of fun things to do in the neighbourhood.

With your background, you can help us and the hoteliers find the perfect recipe for what communication should be sent, what platform (email, SMS, app notifications) and when. You'll get to dive into types of properties, such as luxury, campsite and boutique hotels and type of traveler's, such as business or groups.

No one has done this before, which makes this a super exiting journey to embark together.

Together we will have workshops both internally and externally with our hotel partners and potentially travellers hereoff.

Are a students with great passion for communication and excitement for the hospitality industry.

You're good at investigating and drawing conclusions from your research.

The AeroGuest family

We’re a very flat organization, where everyone gets a say. A young and fun team, located in our Aarhus office with a few colleagues sitting in Copenhagen. Most of the team is in the office daily, but everyone is free to schedule their week to their preference. Whenever a break is needed we’ve got a heavily used football table and a dart board to challenge your new AeroGuest colleagues.

Our headquarters are located in the center of Aarhus, in a beautiful old building, where we’re located on the top floor overlooking Nørre Alle.

Practical information

The internship is a full-time (37 hours a week) and should preferably start in late July or early August 2024 with a duration of 3-6 months (or as agreed upon)
