The Opportunity!

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire our first Founders Associate! The position will sit in the CEO's office and work directly with Digitail’s founders. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, agile and ambitious individual. We believe that the right Founders’ Associate could develop into a Chief of Staff. The job will involve strategic planning across our company OKRs, diving into operations, client projects and other vital areas, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.

What you will own:

• Partnering with Digitail’s CEO closely to develop and execute core business strategies
• Identifying optimisation and growth opportunities at Digitail. Addressing critical challenges with the ability to use evidence to drive healthy debate amongst management to raise the bar
• Overseeing day-to-day OKR projects; ensuring efficient workflow, communication and learnings are shared across different departments
• Conducting market analysis to identify trends in the SaaS and Veterinary industry to support business opportunities and provide actionable insights
• Working with our sales and revenue team members to improve initiatives, including identifying potential partners, clients and ways to optimise our revenue streams
• Partnering with our leaders across OKR work-streams from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes shared with the Leadership team
• Building and analysing data to inform business decisions and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the business
• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders, including board-level requirements
• Run communication channels across the company for the CEO where needed

About you:

• Previous experience as a Founders Associate in a VC-backed startup OR experience as a high-performing management consultant
• Proven end-to-end business strategy experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing business impact and delivery metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• High level of adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach
