Transform hospitality as our new Junior UI Designer

Are you ready to help change the way hotels and guests connect?

At AeroGuest we believe that every hotel stay is a story waiting to be told, and our mission is to create extraordinary chapters for both hoteliers and guests alike.

In this fast-paced world, we know how precious time is - time to focus on guests, time to improve services, and perhaps most importantly, time to breathe. At AeroGuest, we understand that the true joy of being a hotelier is not found in operational tasks. Therefore our goal is to help hoteliers make time for the moments that truly matter, by unlocking the magic of personal connections.

We’ve transformed the stories and daily lives of hundreds of hoteliers worldwide, and many more are eager to step into the new era of hospitality with us. Our community is growing rapidly, and this is your invitation to be part of this exciting journey.

Your mission at AeroGuest

We need a new colleague looking to embark on an adventure in an innovative tech scale-up.

You will be responsible for supporting the design and improvement of our user interfaces, ensuring they are visually engaging, intuitive, and meet the needs of our users. You’re passionate about design, curious about user behavior, and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team of both developers and product- & client managers to create delightful user experiences.

Your strong eye for detail and organizational skills will help bring structure to our design process and ensure consistency across our product. You’ll contribute to our design system, maintain UI libraries, and participate in feedback loops to keep improving what we build.

You will have an opportunity to take ownership and be self-driven when needed, while also working closely with our Head of Design and our UI Specialist to shape the look and feel of our platform in a way that serves our users and strengthens our product and brand.

In the role you will…

Play a vital role in our mission to make time for what matters in hospitality. As a Junior UI Designer, your contributions will directly impact how users experience our platform. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design planning: Collaborate closely with co-designers, product managers, and developers to help shape intuitive, user-friendly interface solutions that align with product goals.
  • Design research: Support research efforts by helping gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Design communication: Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, and simple prototypes to communicate ideas clearly within the team and to stakeholders.
  • Design execution: Participate in visual design tasks across the full lifecycle — from early concepts to final mockups — and work with engineers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Design delivery: Present your work confidently in design reviews and contribute to discussions around design improvements and iterations.
  • Design testing & monitoring: Help track how users interact with designs post-launch, identify areas for improvement, and iterate where needed.
  • Design standards: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system and help ensure visual consistency across our platform.

To thrive in this role you…

Should possess the following qualities:

  • A strong visual and user-focused mindset: You’re passionate about good design and eager to learn how to create beautiful, functional user interfaces.
  • Clear communication skills: Able to explain your ideas in a simple and thoughtful way — both visually and verbally — while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Curious and proactive attitude: You ask questions, seek feedback, and enjoy learning from more experienced designers and developers.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools: You’re comfortable with Figma or similar design software tools and ready to level up your skills with hands-on experience.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: You can manage tasks, follow through on feedback, and ensure your files and designs are tidy and easy to collaborate on.
  • Interest in technology and user behavior: You're eager to understand how users interact with digital products and how thoughtful design can improve their experience.
  • High-level English proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English, as our team and clients are international.
